Ms. Malison loves learning about journeys – how people discovered their talents, the challenges they had to overcome, the individuals who helped them along the way. Matching talent to opportunity also gives her great satisfaction; she enjoys watching businesses thrive after the perfect candidate fills a critical role. Navigating the complex and often daunting U.S. immigration system can be a significant hurdle for both individuals and employers seeking growth. Ms. Malison is passionate about guiding and advocating for those courage enough to pursue their goals through this challenging process.

Ms. Malison’s practice focuses on securing both nonimmigrant and immigrant status for key foreign national employees essential to her clients’ operations and success. While in law school, Ms. Malison was a law clerk at the East Bay Community Law Center and KIND (Kids in Need of Defense). She also represented clients through the University of Texas Immigration Clinic. 

Education: The University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A., B.A., and J.D.); The University of Chicago (M.A.); and The University of California Berkeley School of Law (visiting student).
