Expect slow down with Summer Visa Bulletins- July Visa Bulletin Shows EB-2 Indian Nationals are at a Standstill

The State Department’s July Visa Bulletin, released today, shows continued gains for EB-2 Chinese nationals.   As we approach the last few months of the government’s fiscal year ending September 30, 2015, we may expect a significant slowdown through the summer, and possible visa retrogression, particularly with regard to Indian nationals.

 

EB1 - all still “CURRENT”

 

EB2
All others – still “CURRENT”
China – advances 4 months to October 1, 2013
India – remains at October 1, 2008
Mexico – still “CURRENT”
Philippines – still “CURRENT”

All others – advances 6 weeks to April 1, 2015
China – remains at September 1, 2011 
India – advances 10 days to February 1, 2004 
Mexico – advances 6 weeks to April 1, 2015
