Employers’ I-9 and E-Verify Compliance Flexibility Further Extended Through March 31, 2021

The Department of Homeland Security announced a further extension of flexibility in rules related to Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The policy has now been extended through March 31, 2021. Note that this latest extension has increased to 60 days instead of 30.
